Health Policy and Health Systems form the primary beat. Medicine and Medical Science provide the clinical and scientific layer required to understand what policy makes possible, limits, or changes.

Camilo Enrique Cortés De La Espriella
Camilo is a medical student and health policy writer whose work follows health systems, global health governance, and medical science. His medical training informs his reading of clinical and scientific evidence; it does not substitute for verification, expert sourcing, or declared uncertainty.
He has completed the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/OPS) certificate in Epidemiology in the Americas.
What this publication does
It reconstructs decisions, tests claims against evidence, and explains who is affected, through which institution, and with what uncertainty.
